Haumea wraps the body in deliberate asymmetry. A sweetheart neckline sits across the bust in draped satin, the fabric pulled and pleated diagonally across the torso to create a sense of continuous motion. Off-shoulder construction is achieved through delicate beaded straps — fine chains of crystals that arc from the neckline across the shoulders, providing structure that looks weightless.
The mermaid silhouette hugs the body from bust through hip, the diagonal draping controlling the eye's path. At the hip, a sculpted oversized bow erupts from the seam — a cascading construction of folded satin that falls in layered panels down the side of the skirt. This single sculptural element transforms the gown from sleek column to statement piece.
The skirt flares from the knee into a chapel-length train, the satin's weight creating a smooth, unbroken line as it extends across the floor. From behind, the open back is framed by the continuation of the beaded straps, meeting at the lower spine above the bow construction.
