A strapless ballgown in structured ivory satin with a sweetheart neckline, distinguished by an extraordinary train as its architectural centrepiece. The bodice is clean: ivory satin with a fitted, structured silhouette through the natural waist, no embellishment beyond a small cluster of dimensional flowers or bow at the waist. The ballgown skirt is built in layers of satin, voluminous and formal in its construction. The train extends from the back of the skirt in an immense sweep of matching satin — not tulle, not lace, but the same weighted fabric as the gown itself — with three-dimensional floral and botanical appliques placed across its surface: large satin flowers, leaf forms, and botanical motifs in ivory-on-ivory. The train is the gown's statement; from the front, the silhouette reads as restrained; from behind, as architecture.

The satin's weight and sheen gives the train a sculptural quality under directional light.
