Anita Ekberg walked into the Trevi Fountain in a black gown and rewrote what presence means. This gown answers that moment in white — entirely on its own terms.
From neckline to hem, the bodice and skirt are blanketed in layered 3D floral appliqués: hundreds of individual ivory and champagne petals, each hand-placed, building a texture so dense it reads as a living surface rather than embellishment. The strapless silhouette is structured beneath — a fitted sweetheart form that holds cleanly — but the eye never reaches the architecture because the flowers are everywhere. The full ball gown skirt extends into a cathedral-length train that spreads wide across the floor, the petal work continuing uninterrupted to the very edge of the hem.
The neckline is bare, the shoulders uncovered. There is nothing competing with the sculptural volume of the gown itself. Worn with a long cathedral veil, the effect is total.
