Innocentia — Contemporary Wedding Dresses
Innocentia is the core line of our design house — the catalogue from which every other Innocentia collection draws. It holds the working vocabulary we have refined since 2013 inside our Chernivtsi atelier: modular construction, hand-embroidered surfaces, silhouettes built to move between rooms rather than pose for one. If a bride wants to see what the house actually does before choosing between the more specialised lines, this is where she starts.
The modular signature
Every gown in the Innocentia line is engineered as more than one image of itself. Sleeves detach. Overskirts lift away. Capes, corseted bodices, and embroidered overlays can be added or removed without breaking the cleanness of the underlying dress. The intent is practical, not theatrical — a bride who has chosen a long ceremony, a sit-down dinner, and a late-night reception should not have to change clothes three times to keep her line. One gown carries the day, and the construction lets her edit it as the hours change. We treat this as the central engineering problem of bridalwear, and it shapes every pattern that leaves the atelier.
Made in Chernivtsi, by hand
Innocentia is produced in our own atelier in Chernivtsi, where we have worked since 2013. The team is between 30 and 40 people depending on the season. We make 120 to 150 dresses each month — a volume small enough that every gown is cut, fitted, and finished by a named maker on the floor. The embroidery, beadwork, and appliqué are hand-applied in-house. We use Italian silk and satin for the structural pieces and French Chantilly lace for the surfaces that need to read as restrained rather than busy. Nothing in the line is digitally printed or transferred at scale.
Ten collections, one design language
The Innocentia line currently anchors ten active collections — among them Innocentia Divina, Sincerity, Mont Blanc, Temple de l'âme, Luce, Dolce Vita, Enigma, Avant-Garde, Muse, and Renascence. Each collection occupies a distinct register: Mont Blanc reduces to clean architecture, Temple de l'âme works in slow interior moods, Divina is the couture flagship with the densest hand-embroidery, and the others sit at points in between. The full set is browsable at /collections. What holds them together is not a single silhouette — it is the design logic underneath: modularity, hand-finishing, and a refusal to design a gown around a single photograph.
Sizing and lead time
All Innocentia gowns are produced in EU 34-44 / US 2-28 as the standard range, with made-to-measure adjustments available through our partner boutiques. Standard production lead time is 8 to 12 weeks from confirmed order, with shorter windows possible by arrangement around trade-show seasons.
For boutique partners
Innocentia is sold through 46 boutique partners across 22 countries. We show new collections twice a year at Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week and at the European Bridal Week in Essen, where buyers see the full line in person and place their season's order. Retailers interested in carrying the line are welcome to write to info@innocentia.com or visit /pages/retailers for an overview of how the partnership works. We work selectively rather than broadly — the line behaves best in rooms where it can be styled and shown carefully, and we choose partners with that in mind.
