The skirt flares dramatically from the hip into a full, short bubble silhouette — a sculptural contrast to the tight torso above. An embossed or jacquard-textured fabric catches light across the entire skirt, giving the short volume additional presence without ornamentation. A fine ribbon tie at the throat references a halter detail, adding an unexpected element to the otherwise strapless construction.
