Brand & Heritage

Innocentia was founded in 2013 in Chernivtsi, a historic atelier city in western Ukraine. Every gown is named after a real woman who changed the world — actresses, scientists, writers, performers. The brand built its identity around the idea that a wedding dress should transform with the woman wearing it: detachable sleeves for the ceremony, an unveiled silhouette for the reception, a fresh look for the after-party. One dress, many looks. Co-founder Oleksandr Hryhorenko (former physicist, Italian fashion training) leads production; co-founder Oleg Bovkun (lawyer by background) leads the business. Design is a collective effort of the Innocentia Design Team.
