Raya occupies the precise point where minimalism and craft intersect — a mermaid gown where the restraint of the silhouette and the complexity of the surface technique are held in exact balance.

The high mock-neck collar rises cleanly from the shoulder in fine lace — the same lace that covers the entire bodice and the lower section of the skirt, forming a seamless column of intricate texture from throat to hem. The sleeves are long, fitted and lace throughout, with a distinctive flared bell cuff at the wrist — a single point of drama in an otherwise vertically disciplined construction. Between the lace bodice and the lace hem section, a panel of smooth, clean fabric — crepe or satin — breaks the lace coverage, creating a deliberate contrast band at mid-skirt.

The mermaid silhouette is precise. The train extends in the same smooth fabric, with a return to lace at the trailing hem edge.
