Michèle Moretti built a career on brevity — the actress who did the most with the least screen time. This gown makes the same case: a short silhouette that takes up more space than a gown three times its length.

A strapless mini dress with an off-the-shoulder puff sleeve construction and a skirt surface covered entirely in three-dimensional feather-like petal appliques. The structured bodice is fitted through a transparent illusion underbody; the skirt flares to a high hemline — well above the knee — with its surface transformed by individually placed petals: each one a small pointed form cut from white organza or satin, layered in an overlapping scale-like pattern that covers the entire skirt from waist to hem. The visual effect is of a dress assembled from feathers or scales — tactile, three-dimensional, and impossible to ignore at any distance. The off-shoulder puff sleeves mirror the bodice's illusion construction with a floral detail at the shoulder attachment.

A wide-brimmed hat in matching white satin completes the campaign look — the two pieces together suggesting a woman who dresses for herself first.
